• For years butyl has been an ideal sealing material. Unfortunately, 100% butyl seals are impractical for most applications.
• Kelcom Incorporated has developed Protectacore, designed to make butyl both economical and versatile.
• Our special cross-linked foam core creates most of the seal mass, reducing the amount of butyl needed to form a complete, dependable seal.
• The solid closed cell core provides unique compression recovery capabilities that butyl alone does not have.
